 Rob Clare has lived and worked in the Coquitlam area for over 25 years, over 20 of these years he has been selling Coquitlam Real Estate and has gained a wealth of experience selling homes. I can observe and find out what people want and coach and advise them and help them make the decision on their own. I'm there to service people and I want them to be confident that I'm doing what they want me to do in helping them achieve their goals." Rob believes in a non-aggressive approach to his business. "I have a relaxed and low-pressure approach but my clients know I have all the information for them and am going to give them the right advice. I'm well informed and I educate people so they can make a good, educated decision. Some people may take two years to decide, but I'll still be there for them when they are ready to move."

Rob is a strong negotiator, who will always protect his clients best interests. "I've been told I am tenacious when it comes to closing a deal. I'm very adamant about certain points and I work for my clients to not miss out on a good opportunity."

Educated in England at The King's School Grantham, Isaac Newton's grammer school, Rob furthered his studies at Nottingham Poly where he studied mechanical engineering and went on to be a Cycle Designer at Raleigh Bikes. Rob entered the real estate industry 20 years ago."I was working at BC Hydro as a design draftsman, when I received some bad news. They had a restructuring and I was thrown into a position where I was reading meters, which is not what I wanted to do.At that time I was no stranger to the inner workings of the Real Estate Industry, as my father, Ralph Clare, was a realtor for many years. My father was very well liked and respected in the industry, and he encouraged me to go into real estate. I have never looked back."

Rob's father is an ex-RAF fighter pilot, which taught Rob some valuable lessons. "I traveled the world as a child and learned to adapt to change very early in life. In this business, every day can be different. I can choose a new direction to take if things are not working out."

Achieving balance in his busy life can be difficult, but he does so with the help of his family. His wife, Beverly Spenst, a highly trained administrator, and also a licensed realtor, has joined him in the business. Working as a team provides their clients with timely, efficient service.

"I have over 20 years selling experience, a large client base, and know the area very well. Beverly is extremely well organized and always well prepared. She has incredible organizational skills. Between us, we have complementing skills and insights on how best to do any particular task. We have increased availability and of course, being a couple, can fit the needs of most people who may either prefer to work with a man or a woman."
